Motivation, Or a Lack Thereof

For some reason, this week has been a struggle for me.  I wake up each  morning exhausted and wanting to go back to sleep.  Throughout the day, all I want to do is watch TV or sleep.

This is bad because I've got contract work to do, rooms to clean, a book to finish writing, stuff to cook, kickboxing to do (yay for Netflix Instant exercise videos), and so many other things to take care of.  I don't have the time to lay around, and yet that is all I can muster the strength for.

Do any of you have tips for regaining motivation?
