Last week, Adam, my sister, and I drove up to Manteca to spend Thanksgiving with my family. It was wonderful to be able to stay with them from Tuesday to Sunday (almost a week!) and relax, eat good food, talk, and generally have a good time.
On Thanksgiving, we drove the few minutes to my Nanny and Papa's house to spend time with them, my aunt and uncle, and two cousins. My pseudo-grandparents, Nana T and Papa T, joined us for the day. It was great! We had 14 people and six dogs at the house. Needless to say, there were people and dogs everywhere.
During the afternoon, my brother set up his slackline. It's a recently developed hobby of his that strengthens one's core and balance. Apparently, lots of rock climbers also do slacklining, and since my brother is into rock climbing, he also got into slacklining. A bunch of us tried it and, let me tell you, it's pretty hard!
Here are some pictures of our various attempts:

Have you ever tried slacklining? If so, how'd you do?
